Is there a cost to attend?
No. This retreat is free thanks to generous community support.
Will food be provided?
Yes, lunch and light snacks are included. If you have severe dietary restrictions or allergies, we recommend bringing your own meal to be safe.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself. We’ll provide a journal and all materials. You may want to bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing for movement.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand plans change. If you're accepted and can no longer attend, please let us know so we can open the space to someone else.
Is it bilingual?
This retreat will be in English and Spanglish. While we will not offer full Spanish interpretation, we hope to host future events in Spanish.
When will I know if I’m accepted?
You’ll receive a confirmation email by August 13, 2025 if selected. Space is limited and priority is given to those who can fully participate.
